Mental Health Therapist

Are you interested in new, integrative ways to provide therapeutic help to clients?

Scottsville Counseling Center is a growing, evolving, inclusive practice that is expanding to include holistic, integrative counseling services that weave together traditional talk therapy with complimentary tools such as yoga, walk-and-talk therapy, energy psychology, yoga, meditation, ecotherapy, mindfulness, Reiki, and breathwork. Our practice also offers HIPPA compliant telehealth services across Kentucky.

We are seeking a communicative, energetic, highly organized, and compassionate therapist/counselor to join our team and support the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of our clients.

We wish to honor the client’s expertise by offering affordable, out of pocket hourly fees to give the client a voice in crafting their therapeutic experience. We value confidentiality and building strong bonds between therapists and clients without needing to file with a third party for insurance purposes.

What sets our organization apart. Why work for us? Simply put, it’s our culture. For example, are you tired of having to dress a certain way in your work life, such as khakis and cardigans? Join us and enjoy a work environment where casual Friday is more like casual everyday! We also don’t force you to have a regular 9-5 work week. You can work with our team to determine a schedule that truly supports work/life balance. We believe in productive meetings (sometimes parties!) and avoiding long paperwork that isn’t going to benefit your work in any way. No numbers or quotas that exceed healthy expectations. Even more, a full-time caseload is considered 26 clients scheduled weekly. So no numbers or quotas that exceed healthy expectations. If our non-traditional, inclusive, supportive culture sounds good to you, we encourage you to join our team!
