Scottsville Counseling Center offers affordable, collaborative care that is tailored to meet the needs of our clients. The Wellness Studio is an extension of the Counseling Center. We utilize this space to hold yoga and meditation classes, along with events like book club meetings. Additional services include massage therapy and Reiki.

Are you ready to take wellness journey? Don't hesitate to schedule a session with us!
Join us for an hour of yoga, or 30 to 45 minutes of guided meditation, designed for all levels. Each class/guided session is $15.90 (includes tax) with yoga sessions lasting an hour and guided meditations 30 to 45 minutes.
Please note: pre-payment is required. All payments are final as well. If you experience an emergency and/or illness, and need to reschedule, you may use your funds towards another class by contacting us at [email protected] All other reschedule requests must be made 24 hours in advance of class to utilize funds towards a future class.
Classes and appointments are held at our Wellness Studio, located at 115 East Public Square; Suite B; Scottsville, KY 42164. Please use the waiting room located to the right when entering the building.
Guided meditation group sessions are held in person all three days with options to also attend virtually using Zoom on Tuesdays and Thursdays. A secure link will be provided to you once you register.
Don't forget too that we offer both 60- and 90-minute massage therapy services. Each 60-minute is 68.90 (includes tax) while 90-minute massages are 90.10 (includes tax). If you are interested in energy related work, we offer Reiki too with each session lasting about an hour for 63.60 (includes tax).
