Born and raised in Scottsville, KY, I have a passion and am known for creating, especially cooking and pursuing my culinary dreams, which I am actively working hard towards. Yoga became of interest after my therapist recommended it as a possible tool to help reduce my anxiety. The first class I took was an aerial yoga class, and from that very first yoga experience I knew she had to continue practicing when and where I could. For me, yoga proved to not only help improve my energy but also my mental well-being.
I am a 200YTT working on my 500YTT certification as well as certifications in Ayurvedic Nutrition, Ritual Guides, and Meditation. As part of my training, I am adding a focus of pre-natal and trauma informed yoga practices in order to create a safe space for those populations in our community. I am most excited to offer classes and hopes to see you soon.
